I have never had a problem with eJuice until now. When I purchased a new e-cig kit, I also purchased two different kinds coils and ask them to make sure they were the correct ones for the tank I was ordering and for another Freemax I currently had. They’ve always contacted me when I put a note inside of my order and this time they did not. I sent three email before they sent me an email and said sorry we don’t take returns. I was not asking for a return, I was just letting them know that they didn’t read my comments on my order and never contacted me about it. I thought it was rude that the first thing he said was “sorry about that but we don’t take returns. I wasted $28 on coils I can’t use. When purchasing a kit, it should clearly say which coils fit that tank. Instead you have to guess. I will not purchase from this company again.
