Burnt my coil

I believe I got an old batch, it was very brown in colour, and absolutely burnt my Vapresso coil in 3 hits, reached out to customer service, but have not heard back yet.

Sweet and smooth flavor but not overpowering. Refill my pod for my novoX daily and go about a month before the pod goes bad and need to replace it. Even with a ton of other good flavors out there I still use this juice 95% of the time. I never get sick of it. Definitely my favorite
