We do not accept returns on any e-juice.
Hardware policy
All hardware is final sale.
If the device is DOA you may reach out to sales@cheapejuice.com. Be sure to include pictures and video showing the issue. (No EXCEPTIONS). If a pre-approval return is granted we will have the device returned. Once the device has been received back it can take up to 5 business days for a decision to be made. If approved we will re-ship a new device as long as it is in stock or provide you with store credit to go towards future orders. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping cost will only be deducted from gift card amount should the device be found to not be DOA.
If you received an order with the wrong flavor or nicotine level, We will be happy to send out the correct order, provided you have given us a photo to confirm. Please email the photo of the product along with your order receipt to sales@cheapejuice.com.
