RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns on any e-juice. If you receive a item DOA (dead on arrival), damaged, or otherwise defective please contact us at email@example.com. You must take photos of the package and goods in order for us to verify that the claims are true. Returns are accepted on a case by case basis and must be submitted to us within 48 hours of receiving your items.
If you received an order with the wrong flavor or nicotine level, We will be happy to send out the correct order, provided you have given us a photo to confirm. Please email the photo of the product along with your order receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org.
