We do not accept returns on any e-juice. If you receive a item DOA (dead on arrival), damaged, or otherwise defective please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns are accepted on a case by case basis.
If you received an order with the wrong flavor or nicotine level, We will be happy to send out the correct order, provided you have given us a photo to confirm. Please email the photo of the product along with your order receipt to email@example.com.
