CheapeJuice.com follows all federal & state laws and regulations regarding e-cigarettes. As of October 21, 2021, we will follow the Final Rule issued by USPS to not ship any vaping products. Due to these changes, we will not be able to service some customers in certain regions. We are working to grow our coverage and service areas daily. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We make every effort to get your shipment on its way to you as quickly as possible. All orders placed by 3pm Pacific Standard Time on weekdays will ship out the same day. More than 99% of orders are shipped within 1 business day. All orders placed after 3pm CST on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. We do not work on weekends or holidays, and stay open until 5pm Monday thru Friday.
Shipping to anywhere in the U.S. is a flat rate of $10.00. Orders over $100 (after discount is applied) ship for free with a valid coupon.
- $8 of this rate covers the transit cost of the order
- $6 of this rate is for a required adult signature at time of delivery
- This new requirement is to ensure that the order is going to a person 21 years of age or older as is mandated by the PACT ACT.
We ship via local carrier services, and packages are estimated to arrive in 5-14 business days. (This time frame is estimated and IS NOT guaranteed by local carrier services or Cheap eJuice)
We do not ship outside the US!!!
Cheap eJuice ships orders anywhere allowed by law. Please check the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to ensure that your order will not be delayed, seized, or held at customs or elsewhere, and will not have any local duties, taxes, or tariff charges applied (which will be your responsibility to pay). If your package is delayed or seized by customs, or if you choose not to pay any applicable local duties, taxes, or tariff charges, please contact the local carrier immediately.
ISSUES WITH MY ORDER.
- Undelivered, Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment goes 10 or more business days without carrier scans or movements, please reach out to our customer support center at firstname.lastname@example.org for further investigation.
Please note that shipments leave our facility and are shipped out to the carrier’s central sorting center. From there, the shipments are assigned to a final mile carrier in your area and then shipped to the final mile carrier who will make the delivery. Unfortunately, delays can occur, but if an extended delay occurs, we will work with our customers and the carrier to get them resolved.
If a shipment has been marked RTS by the carrier for failed attempts we can only issue a refund for the product and not the shipping. An additional $4 RTS fee will be applied.
- Can I change my order or cancel my order?
- No. Unfortunately, you cannot make any such changes once your order is processed. All sales are final.
- If the order has left our warehouse and there was an incorrect address or you would no longer like the order we will request the package be returned to sender. Once we have received confirmation that the package has been marked returned to sender we can issue a refund only for the goods not the shipping. An additional $4 RTS fee will be applied.
- Why can’t you ship to me anymore?
- The government made it illegal to ship any vape products using USPS, which was our primary method for shipping. Unfortunately, our other carrier options may not be able to deliver to your address. We are actively working to expand our serviceable zip codes in the coming weeks and months. If we are unable to ship to you currently, please consider signing up for our newsletter for the latest on our shipping coverage updates. By signing up, as soon as shipping to your location becomes available, you will receive an email promotion.
