eJuiceDirect sends products with all of the 'wrappers' so that it cannot be delivered to individuals who live in a complex that utilizes mailbox clusters. USPS never notifies the recipient of the attempted delivery, then keeps or throws away the contents of the order. They should ship things the way VaporAuthority, (and most other vape shops), does, (do)! Currently, eJuiceDirect does a sure disservice to their clients but especially to their suppliers. Eventually, eJuiceDirect will suffer financially for all of the refunds they will have had to process because of this, (they kindly refunded my entire purchase and shipping amounts!).
