Very Dissatisfied Customer

I submitted an order for Juice Head Watermelon Lime (50 mg).

I received a confirmation email from ejuice.deals which actual reflects a picture of the product I ordered (50 mg).

I received Watermelon Lime (25 mg)?

I sent an email to Ejuice.support with the product confirmation picture reflecting what I had ordered (50 mg). I stated the order was incorrect and that I ordered 50mg but received 25mg.

The Support Manager, Edward replied that it is unfortunate for me as Ejuice system reflects I ordered (25) mg.

Even though I sent him the Ejuice confirmation email reflecting I ordered 50 mg.

SMH, very disappointed.
