Excellent pods for excellent device

My favorite pods for my Novo Pro. I’ve tried and use all of the Novo line pod systems and the pro is definitely my favorite. The battery last forever compared to others in the line and the pods side fill is so much better than earlier pods. I highly recommend.

They work

They work for about 4 or 5 days then start to burn up. Not very happy with this product, i figured if i upgrade my vape and pods it would be a better product and over all it is an improvement buy do not last as long as the smok 2 or 3.

Small yet mighty

I am loving this Smok Novo master with the top fill pods. I don’t like any that have the side load, they always leak.
I did have problems getting the cap off the pod to refill (I was using pliers, not smart), until I saw a video of just pushing the top off. WOW! My favorite vape (Smoke vape pen 22) is no longer available so this little vape is just perfect with a great hit.

Wrong pods sent

I had ordered these pods because I prefer the removable mouth piece to refill, as it doesn’t leak as much. But instead I received the pods with the side refill plug, which leaks a lot more and I do not like to use these ones. If they don’t have the correct pods in stock it should be taken off the website, it is false advertisement and unacceptable to send completely different pods than ordered. Very unhappy and waiting for a response after emailing them asking for the pods I had ordered.

All SMOK side loading pods leak and spit - Only order the top loading pods

I ordered 2 boxes of the SMOK Novo 2X Pod Mesh 0.8 MTL, because they are top loading with the removable mouthpiece. ejuice sent me 2 boxes of the SMOK Novo Pod Clear Meshed 0.6 pods, which are side loading. These leak and spit. After countless emails to back and forth to customer service, I was told they were out of stock on what I ordered so they just shipped me whatever they had, without notification. Then they wanted me to ship the 2 boxes back before I could get a refund. Which I flat out refused. After more back and forth emails, I was sent me a discount code for $20.00 to cover the purchase of the pods I was not sent. As I told them, I would give ejuice one more try before taking my business elsewhere, and just placed another order for the correct pods, though I had to pay over $11 for shipping, so again, this cost me money for their mistakes. We'll see what happens....
